According to court documents Justina Morley lured the victim Jason Sweeney to a remote location with the promise of sex where he would be fatally attacked by Edward Batzig, Domenic and Nicholas Cola. The judge ordered her to be tried as an adult, and Justina pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, testified against other defendants, and received a prison sentence of 17 1/2 to 35 years. Dominic Coia Reports suggested Justina was released in December 2020 and is currently on parole. Coia, his younger brother, Nicholas, 16, and Sweeney’s friend, Edward “Eddie” Batzig Jr., 16, are charged with first-degree murder and could face the death penalty if convicted. Like with Batzig, Jason knew the brothers since they were all young kids. Then a few weeks before the crime, Jason met a girl he liked a lot, 15-year-old Justina Morley . On February 20, 2024, Jonestown Bank & Co filed a case against Morley , Justina in the jurisdiction of York County, PA. This case was filed in York County Superior Courts, with Jason Loper presiding. A fourth teen, Justina Morley , then 15, pleaded guilty in the slaying and was sentenced to 17 1/2 to 35 years in prison. The three boys, all under 18 at the time of the murder, were sentenced to life in prison without parole. Justina Morley , Batzig and Coia’s brother, Nicholas Coia, 16 – all charged with murder – abused heroin, marijuana and prescription drugs, according to court testimony. But his mother never met 15-year-old Justina Morley , who police say was the teenage temptress involved in the slaying of her son. On the night of May 30, Morley lured Jason Sweeney to a wooded area called “the Trails” near the Delaware River in Philadelphia, promising to have sex with him, police said. Justina Morley was a 15-year-old Catholic school eighth-grader when she lured Sweeney to a remote meeting place, where he was pummeled with a hatchet, a hammer and rocks. The teen killers spent.
