Justina Morley was fifteen years old when she took part in the brutal murder of an another teenager. According to court documents Justina Morley lured the victim Jason Sweeney to a remote location with the promise of sex where he would be fatally attacked by Edward Batzig, Domenic and Nicholas Cola. Reports suggested he was unaware that Justina had sexual relationships with two of his friends — Nicholas Coia and Edward. Police sources stated the quartet conceived the plan to kill Jason and steal his paycheck days before the crime occurred. Justina Morley is an American criminal who is known for luring for sex, [1] and later slaying Jason Sweeney, a teenager from Fishtown, Pennsylvania [2] on May 30, 2003. It turned out that 15 year old Morley was obsessed with gore and sex at the time of the murder. [3] She pleaded guilty for her crime, and was locked up for 17 1/2 years in jail. According to a police transcript made available to the paper, Dominic admitted under questioning that Justina Morley had been the bait to get Sweeney to the area. Like with Batzig, Jason knew the brothers since they were all young kids. Then a few weeks before the crime, Jason met a girl he liked a lot, 15-year-old Justina Morley . Coia, his younger brother, Nicholas, 16, and Sweeney’s friend, Edward “Eddie” Batzig Jr., 16, are charged with first-degree murder and could face the death penalty if convicted. In May of 2003, in a wooded region of Fishtown bordering the Delaware called “The Trails”, a 15-year-old local girl named Justina Morley used promises of sex to bait her then-boyfriend Jason. Justina Morley also faced murder charges, but, due to her age, was exempt from the death penalty. Though the goal was to charge all participants in the unacceptable murder case as adults, Justina’s lawyer did his best to have her tried as a juvenile in light of her struggle with depression. Justina Morley was a 15-year-old Catholic school eighth-grader when she lured Sweeney to a remote meeting place, where he was pummeled with a hatchet, a hammer and rocks. The teen killers spent.
